How do you train to stay focused on your position and improving everything from speed to strength and technique?
I Train very hard at least 4-6 times a week I’m either in the gym working on strength or on the field focusing on technique and speed or both. For a DB I believe it is key to stay loose and functional, you don’t want to get to big where you can’t move effenciently. But at the same time you want to be able to have that strength so you can hold your own and protect yourself on the field. Technique is also vital when playing Defensive Back because unlike offense you have to stay true and trust your technique when reacting to receivers moves.
How serious do you take your nutrition? Do you make this a key factor in supplementing your workouts?
I truly believe you are what you eat. I would say I try to eat as healthy and clean as possible if you want the results that the way to go. The 80 20 rule 80% Nutrition 20% working out, but I might have a couple more cheat meals than needed.
How has being invited to the National Scouting Combine affected you?
This will be my first National Scouting Combine but I believe this will help put me on the scale I want to be on. I after this combine Cameron Gaddis will be a popular name and that will effect where I sign to play professionally.

I work 45 hours plus a week so Mon- Fri I’m in the gym as soo as I get off from work. I try to do 2 lower body days and 2 upper body days and 1 day full body day with functional movements and a lot of streching. What keeps my motivated throughout the week are my daughter my wife and the voice in the back of my head telling me my dream is a reality. I love hard work, it’s all I know!

What drill(s) do you think is most important to work on in order to make a team?
I feel that all position drills are key in making a team. For a DB you have to able to show how fluent you can move and break out of your back peddle. Im also a firm believer in special teams any special team drill you should be in the front of the line!
